SCHOOL TIMINGS :
Primary Section - 8.15 am to 2.50 pm.
High School - 8.15 am to 4.50 pm.
from monday to saturday with a short break of 10 min and lunch break of 20 minutes.
Note:
1. All the children are expected to be in their classes immediately after the first bell.
2. Every day attendance is marked in the morning and afternoon immediately after the second bell and before teaching starts. A student who is not present at the time the attendance is taken, loses attendance, for the session. Students who come late habitually can be detained for want of attendance.
SCHOOL UNIFORM :
1. The school uniform consists of Grey trousers, white shirt, black canvas / leather shoes. White socks, school belt neck tie and a group flap. Grey shorts are
compulsory for the students of primary school. The uniform for girls is displayed in the school office.
2. The students are required to wear a white uniform and shoes on Mondays.
3. Students are required to wear the uniform on all working days.
4. A student who comes to the class without his uniform will not be allowed to sit in the class, unless a note of excuse, duly signed by the parent, is produced.
SCHOOL CALENDAR : Every student must have its own calendar and bring it to the school daily. A boy who loses or multilates his calendar will have to buy another one which would cost him Rs. 50/- when a student is absent or late or fails to come to school in uniform parents wil send.
" A BRIEF COMMUNICATION IN WRITING NOT EXCEEDING ONE LINE", to the school on the page allotted for the purpose or the days page. On the same
page, students will take down questions for homework given on that particular day in various subjects. This is to help parents to keep in rouch with the work in the class.
Any communication the Principal / the teachers have for parents will also be written on this page and parents are requested to read and sign them. Particulars of the payment of fees and the marks secured in the tests are to be entered in the school calendar.
LEAVE OR ABSENCE : Leave or absence will be granted only on prior information on a written application from the parent / guardian. Reasons for leave must be valid. In case of absence due to illness, the student on returning to
school must bring a note in his calendar (in the absence record column) stating the reason for his absence and duly signed by the parent / guardian. Reasons like "Private work", "Work at home" - will not be accepted.
Failure to bring a leave note may oblige the school authorities to send the student home even during school hours.
If the student is likely to be absent for more than a week, the principal should be informed at the earliest.
ABSENCE WITHOUT LEAVE :
A student who has been absent from School will not be allowed to enter his class unless he brings a note in his calendar, stating the reason for his absence duly
signed by his parent / guardian and obtain principal's permission.
Absence without leave, renders a student liable to a fine Rs. 2/- at a time. "IF HIS ABSENCE IS PROLONGED FOR MORE THAN 10 DAYS CONSECUTIVELY THE STUDENT'S NAME WILL BE A STRUCK OFF THE ROLLS". He may be re-admitted on the payment of Rs.500/- but after obtaining permission
from the principal.
